We are witnessing many events on our planet that do not exemplify the self-realized human. There are different names given to the force on our planet that seeks destruction and separation. Lucifer represents the unconscious energy and "service to self.” It is the energy that seeks separation, disharmony and chaos. This energy has now infiltrated all the main institutions from politics to religion to all forms of media, and even into peace groups. 

Lucifer, ‘bringer of light’ was an archangel highly favored by God until he rebelled. In Jose Arguelles' The Arcturus Probe Lucifer states: "In the origins of everything, it was I who first became 'I' and not 'we'". This represents the fragmented (non)consciousness that we now see rampant on our planet today. In The Arcturus Probe, Lucifer says:

As much as I was light, I was ego, the force that maintains power in its separateness. It was the combination of sixth-dimensional light and third-dimensional ego that made my moves so contradictory and my actions easy to misperceive. Since there is neither good nor bad in any absolute sense, the effects of all of my actions have been ultimately creative, furthering the cause of evolution toward the light.

Luciferean energy takes no personal responsibility for its actions and blames others for that which it is guilty of. It is the energy that assumes that whatever cosmic truth is discovered is his/her discovery rather than universal knowledge. This air of superiority is what causes many wars. In order to exit the Kingdom of Darkness requires us to fearlessly face the contents of the unconscious. We have the power to overcome all past distortions. 

In the pulsar cosmology of the wavespell, the twelfth position or tone, corresponding to the twelfth moon, completes the third-dimensional mind pulsar that began in the fourth moon, the Self-Existing Moon of Form. This 12th position signifies the cooperation of form when we take stock of past actions and prepare future actions.

It is time to prepare for the Day Out of Time! Create a festival or meditation to invoke the Highest Dream. Create art. Make Planetary Vision boards. Invoke the experience of what it is like to once again live in tune with the harmony of the Universe.
