Welcome to the Spectral Serpent Moon
of the Noos-letter!

With this 23rd edition of the Noos-letter of the Foundation for the Law of Time, we enter the Spectral Serpent Moon of Liberation. This is the eleventh moon of the Planetary Service Wavespell.

This Moon opens with codon 58: Radiance of Joy—Song of the Galactic Octave. Kin 58 also marks this year’s Day Out of Time (25 July). Now is a good time to begin planning a festival or event in your area.

The totem for this moon, the serpent, represents the wisdom of the earth, and transformation. The Spectral Serpent of Liberation calls on us to shed that which no longer serves through the initiation into higher consciousness.

In ancient traditions the initiators of knowledge were known as wisdom serpents or serpent initiates. These wisdom serpents carried forward and synthesized the unitary knowledge of the previous world systems.

Wisdom serpents are also associated with pyramids and subterranean chambers, of which there are traditions on every continent. The interplanetary meaning of the serpent is coded in the synchronic order where the Red Serpent represents Maldek, the destroyed planet, now the Asteroid Belt.

Palenque is also known as Nah Chan: House of the Serpent. The subterranean chamber build within the Pyramid of Inscriptions is the chamber of the serpent initiations.

This chamber is complete with a speaking tube that winds in a serpentine manner down the stairs from the temple floor above to the tomb of Pacal Votan. This is known as the “earth spirit speaking tube” and is key to the Telektonon Prophecy.

The ouroborus symbol of a serpent biting its own tail is especially significant for our time. As the cycle of history closes, the serpent bites its own tail, releasing the poison that heals it into wholeness. (See CHC Vol. IV, Book of the Initiation).

In the pulsar geometry, the eleventh tone represents the eleventh or Spectral Chamber, the culmination of the second-dimensional sense pulsar: tones 3-7-11.

We have now entered a cycle of accelerated fractal time compression where entire histories can be relived and transcended in a short concentrated time.

For those who have been following these cycles, note that as of Spectral Moon 8 (9 May) there will be 441 days = 63 weeks (heptads) remaining until Galactic Synchronization (26 July 2013). The psi chrono unit for this day is Blue Crystal Hand, Kin 207, which also codes 12-21-2012.

These 63 heptads correspond with the return of the Book of Seven Generations—resurrection of the 144,000 in the mystic cube (441) of creation.

By fractal time compression each of the seven generations corresponds to a nine-week period (9 x 7 = 63); and 63 x 7 = 441. There is much memory to be recovered during this cycle.

This 441-day cycle is known as the journey of the return of the People of OMA.

Synchronicity follows a set of universal principles based on a mathematical matrix. This matrix is the primary structure that connects all events, people and reality as we know it. Spectral Moon of Liberation - Moon 11 of 13 Moons (2-29 May 2012)

Last Moon, the Planetary Moon of Manifestation came with the self-inquiry: How do I perfect what I do? In this Spectral Moon of Liberation, we ask "How do I release and let go?"

This Moon contains a particularly unique synchronic symmetry. The first day of the Moon is the last day of a Wavespell, and the last day of the Moon is the first day of a Wavespell. This means that the remaining 26 days of the Moon are exactly two wavespells. What's more, is that these two wavespells are the final two wavespells of the entire 260-day Tzolkin/Galactic Spin!

Kin 1, Red Magnetic Dragon (29 May) also begins the eighth and final 520-day Wisdom Cycle: Galactic Wisdom of Integrity - a cycle which closes on Self-Existing Moon Limi 13, Year of the Yellow Galactic Seed (30 Oct 2013).

In other words, by the time this Wisdom Cycle ends, we will already be on the other side of the cycle of history, and some four Moons into the Noosphere or Psychozoic Era!

A Wisdom Cycle is a 520-day cycle consisting of exactly two 260-day Tzolkin Spins. The first half (260 days) is known as the Cycle of Becoming, and the second half: the Cycle of Return (260 days). The Cycle of Return is an exact reverse of the Cycle of Becoming.
