Welcome to the Electric Moon 2012 Edition of the Noos-letter!

[Deer] Welcome to the Electric Deer Moon of Service of the Noos-Letter of the Foundation for the Law of Time! This is the third moon of the Planetary Service Wavespell.

In the Electric Moon we activate our service as we enter even more fully into the noospheric stage of the evolution of cosmic intelligence.

According to the prophecy of Pacal Votan, we are now deep within the MYSTIC ALTAR of the MYSTIC STONE, completing the realm of the TEL-EK-TON-ON of wisdom, the innermost quadrant of the 16-year Cube of the Law (1997–2013).

This Moon's totem animal is the deer symbolizing gentleness, attunement with nature, grace and universal peace. The sarcophagus lid of the tomb of Pacal Votan is often found carved on a deerskin replica.

TELEKTONON refers to the earth spirit speaking tube of Pacal Votan, and is also a magical, mantric formula.

TEL is the Power of the Distant Seers
EK is the Power of the Starborn to Remember
TON is the Power of Sound to become Vision
ON is the 144,000 cubed within – a new cosmology commences, opening to the Noosphere.

According to the 20 Tablets of the Law of Time, this mantric formula vibrates through the four years of the Mystic Altar (2009 – 2013) as the intonation of the Hunab Ku, the final hyper-sound generated by the 5,125-year synchronization beam. It is this sound that provides the resonant quickening for the quantum shift of the rolling wave of Harmonic Convergence 2012.

According to this prophecy, the name far distant star born is of course TEL EK TON ON. Who is listening to this intonation are the six seers – the three special messengers of the Awakening; Buddha, Christ, and Muhammad, and the three special voices; Padmasambhava, St. John of Patmos and Quetzalcoatl. The seventh that intones the distant star born name is Pacal Votan.

Synchronicity follows a set of universal principles based on a mathematical matrix. This matrix is the primary structure that connects all events, people and reality as we know it. The more we tune into this matrix, the more we experience the synchronic order. This is the purpose of the 13 Moon, 28-day calendar. Electric Moon of Service, Moon 3 of 13 Moons (20 Sep to 17 Oct 2012)

Last moon we identified the challenges or obstacles facing us in fulfilling our purpose. Now, having identified the challenges, in the Electric Moon we ask ourselves "How can I best serve?"

The 13 Moon calendar is also called the Planetary Service Wavespell - meaning that the prime consideration is planetary service, service to the whole of Earth.

Awakening the noosphere is itself an act of service, for once the noosphere is fully active we will be living in the New Time, as one unified whole, sensitive and caring to each individual that makes up the whole. Join together in noospheric activation groups, meditate together, visualize the rainbow around the Earth and then share and imagine what life would be like in a fully conscious noosphere!

[Tzolkin - highlighting Mystic Column - 7th Column] This Electric Moon begins with a single galactic activation portal day, opening to 30 straight days without a portal day. From days 7-26 of the Moon we will be in the central "mystic column" of the Tzolkin.

The mystic column of the Tzolkin also corresponds to the seventh Baktun of the 13 Baktun Cycle - this is known as the Baktun of the Mind Teachings, the very center of which is the time of the life of Buddha. Hence this Moon is a great time to tune into the mind teachings, and activate together in circles of synchronized meditations.

It's interesting to note that not only does this Moon correspond to the Fifth Lost Generation, Kin 198 White Electric Mirror (indicating the service of meditation), but day four of the Moon also begins the White Mirror Wavespell, power of Endlessness and Meditation.

Also note that the single galactic activation portal this moon is the Blue Spectral Eagle - indicating the liberation of mind...
