Welcome to the Self-Existing Owl Moon of Form, the fourth moon of the planetary service wavespell.

In this moon we define new form. We are at a time of dispelling old elements and constructing new patterns. You are invited to become an active part of anchoring galactic culture on Earth! Start where you are. Designate a space in your home as a temple for galactic culture. 

Galactic culture is the culture of wholeness; it is the culture of light and consciousness. In this space you connect with the vast telepathic network of planet Earth linking into the mind of the noosphere. Every one of our cells is equipped with biophotons, transmitter/receivers of light. It is natural for us to re-balance ourselves with light.The synchronic order are light codes that tune us into new energy patterns. Learning how to ride these new energy patterns, based on the 13 Moon, 28-day cycle, gives us confidence to ride the universal energy patterns that go beyond our material reality. This higher reality always exists but we must continuously tune in to its frequencies. Through practice of the synchronic order, we are anchoring the light codes on planet Earth.

Find those in your area who will participate with you in synchronized meditations. Consider starting a weekly study group on whatever facet of the synchronic order that mosts interest you. These codes are a matrix of living intelligence. Working in groups activates memory, magic and synchronicity. Deep enquiry into any one part leads to the whole. There is plenty of material available to start in printed books and on Lawoftime.org. The best place to begin is with the 13 Moon calendar/Almanac.

For those who want to go deeper, the Foundation for the Law of Time is organizing a Galactic Vision Council event in Los Angeles on Spectral Moon 20 - 23, Kin 48 - 51 (May 21 - 24, 2015). More details forthcoming. A 13-day event is also being planned in Brazil for Planetary Moon 1 - 13, Kin 1 - 13 (April 4 - 16, 2015).

Continuing our One Moon = One Kin count which began in the Magnetic Moon of the Yellow Overtone Seed Year (1997), this Self-Existing Moon corresponds to Kin 225, Red Self-Existing Serpent:

I define in order to survive
Measuring instinct
I seal the store of life force
With the self-existing tone of form
I am guided by the power of birth
I am a polar kin   I convert the red galactic spectrum

Just as each daily kin has a fifth force oracle, so does the entire moon have a fifth force oracle. For this moon, the oracle is based on the Red Self-Existing Serpent:

The Red Self-Existing Serpent (GK Maldek) is supported by the White Self-Existing Wizard (SP Maldek), guided by the Red Self-Existing Dragon (GK Neptune, and signature of the discovery of the Law of Time!), challenged by the Blue Self-Existing Eagle (SP Jupiter) and receives hidden/occult support from the Yellow Planetary Warrior (SP Saturn).

Planetary influences are Maldek, Neptune, Jupiter and Saturn. In the Telektonon board Jupiter and Maldek complete the internalizing intelligence circuit. Neptune holds the outer half of the allied memory/instinct circuit while Saturn holds the outer half of the externalizing intelligence circuit.

Book of the Transcendence describes these circuits as the following:

Allied memory/instinct circuit (2nd Circuit):

GK (Galactic-Karmic in-breath) - Cosmic memory/akashic access codes/power of total recall (Neptune/Red Dragon); Instinctual + innate aesthetic structures and skills (Venus/Yellow Star)

SP (Solar-Prophetic out-breath) - Supreme powers of cosmic samadhi (Neptune/White Mirror); Instinctual powers of innate cosmic magnetism (Venus/Blue Monkey).

Externalizing intelligence circuit (4rd Circuit)):

GK - Externalizing telepathic spiritual abundance potential (Saturn/Blue Night); Externalizing instinctual programs of order and dominance [*Needs repair] (Mars/White Worldbridger).

SP - Externalizing perceptual structures of intelligence (Saturn/Yellow Warrior); Externalizing innate prophetic perceptual structures [*Needs cultivating] (Mars/Red Skywalker).

Internalizing intelligence circuit (5th Circuit):

GK - Telepathic powers of authority (Jupiter/Yellow Seed); Internalizing instinctual life force programs (Maldek/Red Serpent).

SP - Visionary perceptual structures (Jupiter/Blue Eagle); Transcendent internalizing perceptual structures (Maldek/White Wizard).

*Note: The disrupted circuits represent the focalization of the karmic debris of all of the lost worlds as they are contained in the orbits of planets Maldek (the Asteroid Belt) and Mars. The repair of these circuits  is a major purpose of the codes of the Law of Time and 13 Moon calendar. The repair/activation of these circuits represents the Sun's attainment of its next stage of evolution, and entry into cosmic civilization.

Red Skywalker - Prophecy/Space [Disrupted, needs cultivating]
