Welcome to the Electric Deer Moon of Service! This is the third moon of the Planetary Service Wavespell.

In the Lunar Moon we passed the 14-year anniversary of 9-11, commemorated with the most powerful beams ever produced on Earth, with the Tribute of Light. This year, 2015 has been deemed the year of light and light-based technologies by the UN General Assembly.

Shortly after 9-11, Elon Musk suggested dropping nuclear bombs on the poles of Mars in order to get it warm up to prepare for human habitation. Musk is White Electric Worldbridger, a Martian sign.

Note that there are precisely 5,125 days between September 11, 2001 and September 23, 2015 (Equinox). This is a fractal of the 5,125-year Great Cycle of history (3113 - 2012 AD). These dates are coded respectively by 4 Monkey and 4 Skywalker. (Note that 911 reversed is 119, the area code of Iraq).

This coming Equinox is significant as it is also coded by the Day of Atonement (Jewish Yom Kippur) as well as the Eid al-Adha (Muslim).

This day, September 23, also marks Pope Francis' first visit to the White House, which occurs on the day of President Obama's galactic signature: Red Self-Existing Skywalker, Kin 173 (the same galactic signature as Bill Clinton). Like the Worldbridger, the Skywalker is also associated with Mars.

Pope Francis is Kin 23, Blue Planetary Night, associated with Saturn. These are symbolic keys. (Also note that Washington D.C. used to be named Rome, and Rome used to be called Saturnia).

Five days later on White Solar Mirror (September 28, 2015) occurs the fourth lunar eclipse of the "blood moon" tetrad. This configuration will not occur again until 2032.

This Moon’s totem animal is the deer, reminding us of the importance of staying in gentle attunement with nature. Replicas of the sarcophagus lid of the tomb of Pacal Votan in Chiapas Mexico are often carved onto deerskin. These are momentous times.

Just as each daily kin has a fifth force oracle, so does the entire moon have a fifth force oracle. For this moon, the oracle is based on the Kin 237, Red Electric Earth:

Kin 237, Red Electric Earth (SP Uranus) is supported by Kin 42, White Electric Wind (GK Uranus); Guided by Kin 81, Red Electric Dragon (GK Neptune); Challenged by Kin 107, Blue Electric Hand (GK Earth); and receives hidden/occult support from Kin 24, Yellow Spectral Seed (GK Jupiter).

This Moon, the fourth-dimensional planetary influences are Earth, Jupiter, Uranus and Neptune. In the Telektonon board, the orbits of Venus and Neptune together hold Circuit 2: the allied memory/instinct circuit; the orbits of Earth and Uranus together hold Circuit 3: the telektonon earth spirit speaking ube circuit; and the orbits of Maldek and Jupiter together hold Circuit 5: the internalizing intelligence circuit.

Telektonon earth spirit speaking tube circuit (3rd Circuit - Earth & Uranus):

GK - Innate telepathic spiritual programs (Uranus/White Wind); Instinctual biotelepathic structures of knowing (Earth/Blue Hand).

SP - Telepathic powers of time travel + interdimensional navigation (Uranus/Red Earth); Instinctual free will wisdom of the divine plan (Earth/Yellow Human).

Internalizing intelligence circuit (5th Circuit - Jupiter & Maldek):

GK - Telepathic powers of authority (Jupiter/Yellow Seed); Internalizing instinctual life force programs (Maldek/Red Serpent).

SP - Visionary perceptual structures (Jupiter/Blue Eagle); Transcendent internalizing perceptual structures (Maldek/White Wizard).

*Note: The disrupted circuits represent the focalization of the karmic debris of all of the lost worlds as they are contained in the orbits of planets Maldek (the Asteroid Belt) and Mars. The repair of these circuits  is a major purpose of the codes of the Law of Time and 13 Moon calendar. The repair/activation of these circuits represents the Sun's attainment of its next stage of evolution, and entry into cosmic civilization.
