Welcome to the Planetary Dog Moon of Manifestation! This is the tenth moon of the Planetary Service Wavespell, holding the power of planetary manifestation.

As we note, this is a noos-letter rather than newsletter. So again we ask: What is the noosphere? And how can we experience it?

The noosphere is the mental sheathe of the planet; it is a unified non-egoic collective state of mind.

To manifest a noospheric state of consciousness is an on-going discipline. It requires a collective shift from competition to cooperation and co-creation. Only from such a state of mind can we truly begin to envision and experience what the noosphere will be like and what we must do to further participate in and manifest it.

The term noosphere was coined 86 years ago in 1926. Also in this year Indian mystic, Sri Aurobindo, experienced the descent of the Overmind ( the descent of Krishna into the physical ), magician Harry Houdini died (at age 52) and Indian spiritual teacher, Sai Baba, was born.

This was the same year (1926) that Western science officially gave the name  Sirius B to the white dwarf star orbiting Sirius A (of course many tribes such as the Dogon tribe of Mali knew of this much earlier).

As a binary star system, Sirius B  the pup orbits Sirius A  the dog star , the brightest star in the sky.

Dog is the totem animal of the Planetary Moon, signifying unconditional love and loyalty. In the pulsar cosmology of the wavespell, the tenth position or tone, corresponding to the tenth moon, completes the first dimension life pulsar that began in the second moon, the Lunar Moon of Challenge.

Located in the constellation Canis Major, Sirius rises with the sun when summer is at its hottest, creating what is known as the  dog days of summer (northern hemisphere).

The Dreamspell 13 Moon/28-day calendar or synchronometer is foremost a  Sirian program or transmission with its start date July 26, based on the heliacal rising of Sirius (like many Egyptian calendars). José Argüelles/Valum Votan calls the 13 Moon calendar the  absolute manifestation of the higher intelligence of Sirius to assist us in our solar-galactic coordination not only for 2012, but for 2013 and after the launching of Timeship Earth 2013.

By following the 13 Moon/28-day cycle we elevate our mind and body into solar-galactic synchronization with Sirian consciousness as filtered through the Sun, then to Earth via this harmonious timing program.

It takes approximately 52 years for Sirius B to orbit Sirius A. 52 is a key number in the Mayan mathematical system. There are 52 weeks in the year. The 52 weeks (heptads) are a fractal of the 52-year cycle. 52 x 7 = 364 + 1 (Day out of Time) = 365 x 52 = 1 orbit of Sirius B. In Manifesto for the Noosphere, Arguelles writes:

As a Sirian knowledge program for the closing of the cycle and the regeneration of the human race in the noosphere, the Law of Time reestablishes the cosmic mental frequency for the planet and the regenerated human.

I propose that when we leave the 12:60 artificial timing frequency and return to the organic frequency of natural time represented by the 13:20, the noosphere mental program will be operating by a direct Sirian instrument: the 13 Moon/28-day calendar and its harmonically calibrated 52-year solar-galactic cycles. In this way the civilization of the noosphere will be brought into alignment with cosmic civilization.

Note: In the Galactic Mayan Interdimensional Star Map, Sirius is positional code number 9, mediated by Hunab Ku, code number 12,  The Temple , and in a direct channel beneath the Omnigalactic Source, code number 13.

Synchronicity follows a set of universal principles based on a mathematical matrix. This matrix is the primary structure that connects all events, people and reality as we know it. The more we tune into this matrix, the more we experience the synchronic order. This is the purpose of the 13 Moon, 28-day calendar. The following are some examples of how the synchronic order can be read on a day-to-day basis. If you are new to this please see the 13 Moon tutorial.

Planetary Moon of Manifestation - Moon 10 of 13 Moons( (7 Apr - 1 May 2012)

Last moon we asked ourselves: "How do I attain my purpose?" In the Planetary Moon we ask: "How do I perfect what I do?"

We enter this moon on Kin 206, White Spectral Worldbridger, the dissolution of the Martian program of death-fear.  The first week of the Planetary Moon is coded by I Ching Codon 52: Meditation/The Temple:  Telepathy Establishes the Temple.  52 is the key code of the Sirian program - so be on alert for Sirian and other higher-dimensional communications.

The second day of this Moon, Kin 207 (Kin 160 - 4 Ahau in the long count), marks precisely one spin (260 days) before 12-21-2012.

The fourth day of this moon marks entry into the Green Central Castle of Enchantment (Kin 209-260). This is the central matrix of synchronization - the time of magic flight that was veiled by the process of history. Now is our opportunity to pick up the parallel universe.

2012-2013 marks the closing of the process of material expansion that we call "history", and entrance into the spiritual/mental expansion of the Second Creation. The 52-days of the Green Central Castle, beginning 10.4 (7 April) and completing 11.27 (28 May) are a time travel opportunity to envision the highest on the other side of the cycle of history!

This Moon also contains the Red Moon Wavespell, indicating purification and flow - as well as 12 of 13 days of the White Wind Wavespell, indicating communication of spirit.

Also of note are days 6 and 13 of this Moon: Kin 211, Blue Electric Monkey (9 April) and Kin 218, White Planetary Mirror (16 Apr). Both days are Galactic Activation Portals, and exactly one week apart - these days are of special significance to the prophecy of Pacal Votan.

The Blue Electric Monkey is one of the 13 clear signs around the outside edge of the sarcophagus lid of Pacal Votan - and White Planetary Mirror is not only exactly 260 days until New Year's day 2013, it is also the kin in which Pacal Votan s tomb was opened in 1952!  Note that soon thereafter the Van Allen radiation belts and DNA were discovered - two key components to the activation of the noosphere.

Dali 1 - Kin 206, White Spectral Worldbridger (4 Apr)

This moon begins with the Spectral Worldbridger, signifying the opportunity to dissolve all old egoic thoughtforms that keep us from our highest capacity to perfect our gifts to the world.

Seli 2 - Kin 207, Blue Crystal Hand (5 Apr)

One spin countdown (260 days) to 21 Dec 2012! A once in 5200-years opportunity to telepathically extend your consciousness forward exactly 260 days and project your highest vision for this date, the closing of the cycle and the opening of the new.

Gamma 3 - Kin 208, Yellow Cosmic Star (6 Apr)

Full Moon. Good Friday. 208 is the number of steps leading to Merlin's magical tower, and by analogy to the Green Central Castle of Enchantment which starts tomorrow. This day, by fractal transposition also corresponds to the 13th Moon of the Blue Resonant Storm year, the final moon before Galactic Synchronization, the launching of Timeship Earth 2013 (26 July 2013).

Kali 4 - Kin 209, Red Magnetic Moon (7 Apr)

Entry into the 52-day Green Central Castle of Enchantment: Court of Synchronization (ends on Spectral 27/May 28). This castle consists of the Red Moon, White Wind, Blue Eagle and Yellow Star wavespells. Here we have a 52-day opportunity to experience what life will be like in post-history, the era of the noosphere, telepathy and entry into cosmic civilization. Enter Red Moon Wavespell (17) of Universal Water (ends Planetary 16/Apr 19).
