of the Noos-letter!

Welcome to the Cosmic Moon of Presence! This is the thirteenth moon of the Planetary Service wavespell, holding the power of Cosmic transcendence, where we go beyond what we have known ourselves to be.

This Moon we exit the White Rhythmic Wizard Year and prepare for entry into the Blue Resonant Storm year. This is like exiting one astral movie, or dream, and entering another.

Dreams are some of the most powerful examples of accessing the innermost centers of the mind. Being purely fourth-dimensional, dreams activate the astral movies. Any time we make a choice we potentiate a scene in one of these astral movies. The choices we make are either in congruence with the astral movie or they are not.

Our highest astral movie is always playing simultaneous to our life pattern. All of these astral movies are potentialities stored in the fourth dimension, though we do not consciously play all of them out. Whatever script you choose, it is already there and the potentialtiy has already been recorded from the lowest to the highest.

Each of us contains a spool or astral film that is continuously spinning and contains all of the potential astral movies that are possible for each of us. That is why inthe Holy Scriptures it says everything has been written in a book. The Knowledge Book states: “the one who reads you writes about you.”

In the fourth-dimensional astral realms there are libraries of energy and information including Energy Field System guides as well as the vast library archives of all of the different astral movies that are possible to play out; this is also sometimes referred to as akashic records.

In this coming Blue Resonant Storm year we have a great opportunity to individually and collectively enter into the highest astral movie as we move into 2013 (anagram for 13:20 frequency).

In the pulsar geometry, the thirteenth tone represents the conclusion of the fourth-dimensional time pulsar: tones 1-5-9-13, that readies us to take magic flight into a new year and new astral movie. The totem animal for this Moon is the turtle; the turtle is the great keeper of time carrying 13 moons on its back shell. The turtle also reminds us to stay grounded with the Earth. Here is an inspiring video: Free Food and Money, particularly for the time we are living. This Canadian man also says in his audio cd that the 13 Moon/28-day is the true time of nature. Synchronicity follows a set of universal principles based on a mathematical matrix. This matrix is the primary structure that connects all events, people and reality as we know it. The more we tune into this matrix, the more we experience the synchronic order. This is the purpose of the 13 Moon, 28-day calendar. Cosmic Moon of Presence, Moon 13 of 13 Moons (27 June to 24 July 2012)

Last Moon we asked ourselves "How can I dedicate myself to all that lives?" So now comes the question "How can I expand my joy and love?"

The first Kin of this Moon bodes well to this inquiry, as it is the White Self-Existing Dog, Kin 30 - "I define in order to love..." Kin 30 is both a Pacal Votan clear sign, and the key day in the 65-day White Galactic Spectrum, Season of Love.

In fact, the first 25 days of this moon are the final 25 days of the Season of Love - then on Alpha 26 (Kin 55: Blue Electric Eagle) we will begin the Blue Galactic Spectrum, Season of Vision.

Kin 55 also codes the Harmonic Convergence (August 16, 1987), which concluded the Quetzalcoatl prophecy of 13 Heavens and 9 Hells. This event signaled the 25-year countdown to the end of the Great Cycle, and the 26-year countdown to Galactic Synchronization.

This Moon also includes the final 23 days of the first 52-day Castle of the 260-kin Galactic Spin - the Red Eastern Castle of Turning. This castle concludes on Kin 52, Yellow Cosmic Human, which is also the New Moon.

On Gamma 24, Kin 53, we enter the White Northern Castle of Crossing, Court of Death - a good time to die to old habits and self-destructive behaviors! Kin 53 is Red Magnetic Skywalker - which translates to Ce Acatl in the Nahautl language, sign of Quetzalcoatl. 53 also signifies Sirian Rebirth.

Adding to this Moon's overall resonance with the prophecy of Quetzalcoatl and Pacal Votan is the fact that Alpha 5 of this Moon is Kin 34, White Galactic Wizard - the kin which coded the first year of the Dreamspell dispensation of time - the Wizard's Count.

Finally, just as the Cosmic Moon began with a Pacal Votan "clear sign", so it also concludes with Kin 57, Red Overtone Earth — yet another one of the 13 clear signs upon Pacal Votan's sarcophagus lid - signifying Evolution, Synchronicity and Radiance — a great close to this Year of the White Rhythmic Wizard in preparation for the momentous Year of the Blue Resonant Storm!
