Preface: What you are about to read is a multidimensional mosaic—an overview of the Foundation for the Law of Time: past, present, and potential future. At the time of this writing, thirteen years have passed since the Rhythmic Moon Solstice on Blue Crystal Hand: December 21, 2012—a moment long anticipated, widely interpreted, and still unfolding in its deeper significance.
The period from 2012 to 2025 has been defined by extreme acceleration, polarization, dissolution, and psychic awakening. It has culminated in the visible breakdown of long-standing structures, narratives, and belief systems. Thirteen years marks a pivotal cycle: a point of transformation, when one phase completes and a new direction begins to emerge.
We are living through a highly transitional moment, and this document is offered as a reflection of where this knowledge stands now—and where we are being called to go next.
This report is written for a specific purpose and phase of the work. While it offers a key framework to help illuminate the larger context, it does not aim to provide the full origin story or historical unfoldment of this knowledge. Note on Terminology
Although the 13 Moon calendar is technically known as a Synchronometer—we will refer to it as “calendar” throughout the first half of this report for the sake of clarity and accessibility. The term Synchronometer will be used more consistently in the second half, as the context deepens. Also “years” will generally be referred to as “solar rings.”
Context and Origin
The Foundation for the Law of Time was established in 2000 to support the biosphere-noosphere transition and to disseminate information about the Law of Time and the 13 Moon Calendar/Synchronometer.
The period from 1987 to 2039 marks a 52–solar ring cycle known as the New Sirius Cycle. This greater cycle is divided into two distinct 26–solar ring phases, which will be outlined shortly.
From the perspective of the Law of Time, Earth is moving from biosphere to noosphere—from a planet of mostly unconscious life forms, driven by habit and historical inertia, to a planet where the mind becomes conscious of itself as a Planetary Field.
This transition is neither easy nor linear; and it rarely unfolds in the ways we expect. What we are currently witnessing is the breakdown of historical identity, artificial time, inherited belief systems, and the assumption that “we can just keep going like this forever.”
Unresolved collective and individual issues are now amplified through global systems: technology, media, economic pressure, ecological destabilization, and widespread trauma.
These conditions signal that our unconscious modes of existence are being exhausted. The belief structures that once held reality together no longer explain the complexity of lived experience. The pressure we feel arises from a deep evolutionary call: to move beyond habituated modes of being and into alignment with a higher, harmonic order of consciousness.
In this sense, the challenge of the moment is not an obstacle to the transition—it is the mechanism of the transition.
In other words, crisis functions as a kind of evolutionary pressure valve, forcing unresolved and unconscious energy to surface into the collective field. What appears to be breaking down is, in fact, catalyzing: the biosphere straining toward coherence, and the unconscious undergoing the painful compression necessary to become conscious.
Chaos, then, is not a deviation from evolution—it is how evolution expresses itself at the threshold of transformation.
The Role of the 13 Moons
Over the past thirteen years, the work of the Foundation for the Law of Time—including the 13 Moon calendar, the Cosmic History teachings, and the advanced system of the Synchronotron—has continued to circulate, evolve, and be interpreted in a variety of ways.
Alongside sincere practice and deep dedication, confusion has also emerged—particularly around the purpose of the 13 Moon calendar, the role of the Foundation, and how this work is meant to function within a radically altered world context.
This report serves as an orientation. It integrates historical context, lived experience, and perceptual understanding to clarify the current stage of this work: what has completed, what remains essential, and what is now being asked in order for the next phase to unfold.
On one hand, all of this work is rooted in a new timing frequency—the 13:20 harmonic expressed through the 13 Moon, 28-day cycle. This is not a conventional calendar, but a living vibrational frequency aligned with solar and galactic cycles.
Without embodying this frequency, consciousness remains locked within conditioned patterns of linear time and third-dimensional perception. The 13 Moon calendar is foundational because it provides a direct, experiential interface with a harmonic timing frequency.
On the other hand, the Thirteen Moon Calendar Change Peace Movement—as it existed in the late 1990s, early 2000s, and even leading up to 2012—has shifted form. The world it was speaking to no longer exists.
One might ask: “If everything depends on the calendar, why aren’t we still campaigning for a calendar change?“
Here is the key distinction: The 13 Moon calendar is the foundation—but the Mission is vastly larger.
We are operating under new conditions, in a different psychic atmosphere, facing an entirely different evolutionary mandate. The teachings themselves must evolve into new applications that meet the demands of this moment.
The 13 Moon calendar provides the timing matrix—the harmonic structure. But the deeper work is the transformation of consciousness: restructuring how we perceive, cultivating new planetary values, and activating the evolutionary potential encoded within the human being.
The calendar is the doorway, not the destination.
To better understand this, we need to revisit the time and purpose that gave rise to the Thirteen Moon Calendar Change Peace Movement.
The Historical Arc: Cycles, Phases, and Purpose
The New Sirius Cycle was seeded in 1987 with the Harmonic Convergence—a planetary synchronization point that signaled the threshold between biosphere and noosphere, and the beginning of humanity’s conscious awakening to harmonic time.
The 52-solar-ring arc from 1987 to 2039 is more than a span of time. It is a building phase—an era devoted to establishing a new harmonic foundation for human consciousness. And this foundation has not been built by one hand alone.
Throughout the world, people have joined this journey at different phases, each responding to an inner call in their own time. Some came to seed the vision, others to activate it, and others to embody it in daily life. There were also the original Earth Wizards—the first to receive the teachings of the Law of Time in their fullness, laying the energetic foundation for those who would come after.
Every contribution, whether visible or unseen, has helped shape the multidimensional architecture now emerging. This is a collective transmission, woven across time and carried through many hands, hearts, and minds.
This collective process is unfolding within a 52-solar ring cycle, divided into two distinct 26-year phases. The midpoint of this cycle is marked by Galactic Synchronization Day—New Sirius Cycle 26: July 26, 2013, Yellow Galactic Seed.
This moment marked both a planetary initiation and a symbolic threshold between the two phases of the cycle—hence why 2013 appears in both phases. This is because the 13 Moon calendar begins July 26, aligning the transition point with the Galactic New Year.
Understanding the distinction between these phases is essential for understanding where we are now.
Phase One (1987–2013): Seeding and Awakening
The first 26-year phase focused on introducing the Law of Time and a new timing frequency into the planetary field. Its purpose was awakening: to reveal that time is not merely a system of measurement, but a formative architecture—one that organizes perception, behavior, and collective reality.

During the Seven Years of Prophecy (1993–2000), the 13 Moon/28-day calendar and the Dreamspell were seeded globally, along with the Telektonon Prophecy of Pacal Votan. This work was brought forth by José Argüelles (Valum Votan) and promoted worldwide by him and his wife Lloydine Argüelles (Bolon Ik).
Their mission was to help unify humanity through a new understanding of time—by introducing the 13 Moon calendar and the Law of Time, revealing the dissonance caused by the Gregorian calendar and mechanical clocks, and demonstrating that a new way of living was possible: one that is harmonic and aligned with the natural cycles of Earth and cosmos.
In 1994, they created the World Thirteen Moon Calendar Change Peace Movement as the vehicle for the dissemination of this knowledge. It was carried forward by the global Planet Art Network (P.A.N.), and the work rapidly spread to more than 90 countries.
It awakened planetary memory, sparked new awareness, and brought many people together in a shared harmonic vision. The emphasis in this phase was necessarily outward-facing: focused on dissemination, campaigning and collective action. It catalyzed global resonance at a time when humanity still held enough cohesion and idealism to unite around common planetary values. But we are now in a very different time.
Peace Movement: A Non-Biased Reflective Analysis
At the close of the year 2000, the first seven-year prophetic cycle—anchored by the Rainbow Bridge Experiment and the initial dissemination of the Law of Time—came to a formal conclusion. By that point, the core tenets of the system had been articulated. The Cosmology had been transmitted, the 13 Moon/28-day calendar had been codified, and a clear mandate had emerged: humanity required a corrected understanding of time to evolve beyond its present crisis conditions.
The most fundamental obstacle was the readiness of humanity itself.
The Movement introduced an entirely new paradigm at a time when the dominant society still appeared relatively stable. In the late 1990s and early 2000s, the deeper layers of systemic instability—geopolitical, ecological, psychological, and technological—had not yet fully surfaced in public awareness as they are today.
In this sense, the Law of Time emerged as a solution before most people fully perceived the problem. And without the necessary pressure, humanity lacked the motivation to consider a wholesale shift in its timing frequency.
A second challenge lay in the psychology of transformation. Calendar change was interpreted externally—as a cause, a symbol, or a campaign—rather than internally as a cognitive restructuring.
Many were drawn to the revolutionary and artistic spirit of the work—and to the deep remembrance it sparked: that the world presented to us is a false construct. The calendar revealed the illusion of artificial time and pointed to a more natural, harmonic reality. But while this recognition awakened something powerful, few were prepared for the inner discipline the work actually demanded.
The assumption that awareness could be spread primarily through advocacy underestimated the depth of unconscious conditioning involved.
Some believed that simply aligning with the 13 Moon calendar would automatically dissolve their deeper conditioning and historical habits. In truth, it only exposed it. Much of what remained unconscious—emotional patterns, identity structures, and conditioned ways of thinking—was still active beneath the surface. Without conscious inner work to meet what was being revealed, the shift could not fully stabilize.
And yet, something remarkable unfolded. For many, working with the 13 Moon calendar and the synchronic order became a gateway to forgotten magic—a reconnection with cosmic memory and a deeper sense of freedom. It awakened dormant codes within the soul, ignited global connections, and offered a sense of purpose rooted in natural time.
It was more than a system—it was a sacred mission.
Lives were changed. Communities formed. Synchronicity became the norm. Artworks, teachings, and ceremonies emerged in all parts of the world. These were not symbolic gestures—they were real transformations: profound initiations into a more galactic way of seeing and being.
But as the wave of inspiration spread, a deeper layer of the work began to surface. The codes of time opened the doorway, but walking through it required a deeper transformation.
The tensions, polarities, and power struggles that arose within the Movement were not problems to be managed; they were reflections—indicators of where inner work was still required.
Factions formed. Interpretations rigidified. Differences in emphasis, personality, language, and approach began to polarize rather than harmonize.
No external clarification or decree could resolve what each person was being asked to integrate within themselves. This is where a necessary distinction must be made.
Unity cannot be maintained externally when it has not been realized internally.
No calendar, no teaching, no movement—no matter how accurate—can substitute for the real inner work required. The emphasis on outreach overshadowed the deeper need: to train individuals to embody the new frequency in a grounded and integrated way.
And yet, despite these challenges, the magic and freedom of the New Time was not only glimpsed—it was lived, if only for a moment. And that moment left an imprint. It revealed what is possible and seeded the memory of that possibility deep within the collective soul.
What was lived once can be lived again!
Phase Two (2013–2039): From Peace Movement to Embodiment
Cosmic History marks the second phase of the Cycle: a bridge between revelation and embodiment.
The first phase established the structure and gave a glimpse of the possibilities. The work now is to cultivate the consciousness capable of inhabiting it. This is precisely what gave rise to Cosmic History. Though received during the first phase, its purpose was clearly oriented toward the second.
If the Law of Time articulated a cosmology, then Cosmic History emerged to bridge the developmental gap within the human psyche—the gap between understanding and actualization.
It recognized a central truth: Calendar change alone was not enough, because the consciousness required to live within it had not yet been cultivated. Cosmic History entered as the necessary deepening: to interiorize, mature, and embody the frequency the calendar revealed.
In doing so, it reframed the mission—from adoption of a calendar system to the reconfiguration of perception, hence its subtitle: the Reformulation of the Human Mind.
Where Phase One focused on organizing a movement, Cosmic History shifted the emphasis to deepening the knowledge in a whole systems way. The second phase requires a different mode of intelligence: one capable of internalizing the codes and rendering them livable.
This is a feminine way of knowing: embodied, intuitive, and receptive. It has always been present, but the planetary psyche has not yet fully embraced it. And in such a condition, deeper teachings cannot yet be integrated without distortion. It must be received in the body, through resonance, at the right time.
The feminine turn is the invitation to inhabit that inner structure. In this phase, imagination becomes the most valuable resource. Imagination is not escapism—it is the bridge, the subtle portal through which the future enters existence.
It’s also important to contextualize this turn within a larger time-frame. The nine-solar-ring cycle from 2002 to 2011 marked the emergence of Cosmic History and the culmination of the Synchronotron. This cycle became, and remains, the central focus and mission of my work.
As the teachings evolved, some attempted to frame the contributions of the two streams—the 13 Moon Calendar Change Peace Movement and the Cosmic History transmission, and the women who held them—as being in opposition. But such narratives reflect an old pattern of division, not the truth of direct experience.
My final conversation with Kin 22-Lloydine, on NS1.27.9.17, Kin 144 (March 23, 2014), was one of love and mutual recognition of the Higher Plan moving through us all. Each cycle expressed a specific current: Aboriginal Continuity and Cosmic Awareness—two essential strands of a larger evolutionary design. One could not exist without the other.
13 Moons is the doorway; Cosmic History is a field of consciousness once you walk through the door.

Simply by inhabiting this harmonic matrix, the human being begins to participate in the unfolding of cosmic order. Cosmic History is no longer something studied from the outside; it is enacted from within.”

The Foundation for the Law of Time: What Has Changed—and What Has Not
The Peace Movement was the call. The noospheric realization is the purpose.
The foundational codes of the synchronic order have not changed. The Day out of Time has not changed. The 13 Moon Synchronometer is still central—not merely as a calendar reform, but as an embodied technology that supports the emergence of the noosphere from within.
What has changed is not the teaching—but the world in which it now lives.
The context has shifted dramatically. The human perceptual field is no longer what it was during the era of the Thirteen Moon Calendar Change Peace Movement.
Humanity is now under a kind of psychic assault—not from an external enemy, but from its own unintegrated shadow, amplified by technology, media, trauma, and artificial time.
People are collapsing inwardly because their inner structures were not built to withstand this level of acceleration and information. Anxiety, dissociation, depression, and confusion are not failures—they are the natural symptoms of too much change, too fast, without a coherent container.
Many have felt this intuitively. It now must be articulated.
This current phase calls for inner refinement, emotional stabilization, perceptual training, compassion, whole-systems thinking, and the capacity to remain connected to Source and anchored in continuing consciousness—even as the outer world unravels at the seams.
Here lies the key point: everything still depends on the natural timing frequency. But the real work is the evolution of consciousness and the awakening of dormant human capacities—capacities suppressed under the weight of mechanized time.
The Synchronometer is not just a way to measure time—it is an entry point into a new harmonic architecture, a new way of perceiving reality. It is the passcode to the synchronic order.
Through consistent daily use, it reveals hidden patterns and cycles, gradually liberating perception from the grip of linear time. It functions as both an inner compass and a multidimensional training system, aligning personal and planetary awareness through the 13:20 harmonic frequency.
The Foundation for the Law of Time (FLT) continues to steward this legacy: preserving the core transmission, honoring its origins, and supporting the ongoing evolution of the biosphere-noosphere transition. Its role is to hold a clear vessel for what was—and still is—a living, evolving knowledge.
In a world accelerating toward fragmentation, the original teachings must remain intact, accessible, and uncorrupted. Protecting the root ensures the evolution can continue.
This evolutionary process now continues also through Cosmic History and Inner Time, the Foundation’s educational arm.
In the end, the real transmission lives in the coherent field we generate.
The FLT is the anchor—the living root of the transmission.

Next phase: Holomind Perceiver
All of this knowledge ultimately leads to the activation of the Holomind Perceiver—the evolved perceptual faculty necessary to embody this transmission at the next stage. It is not simply a concept, but a latent perceptual organ—an advanced interface that allows us to perceive reality as it actually is: a simultaneous overlay of multiple dimensions, time streams, and informational fields.
However, before engaging this level of perception, it is essential to be stabilized in the core of our being. Emotional integrity, inner balance, and grounded presence are prerequisites. Without a clear and integrated emotional body, multidimensional perception can lead to further fragmentation and confusion rather than clarity.
This is especially critical now, as artificial intelligence continues to accelerate faster than human biology can process. A species without inner harmony becomes destabilized by any intelligence that exceeds its own pace. Speed alone does not signify evolution. Without inner integration, the human system cannot absorb or stabilize higher-dimensional insight or rapid change—it becomes overwhelmed rather than transformed.
Concluding Synthesis: Lineage, Where We Are Now and What is Coming
During the first 26 solar rings, the core architecture of the Law of Time was successfully established as a frame of reference within the planetary psyche. Even without broad adoption, the 13 Moon Synchronometer entered the morphogenetic field as a latent harmonic template.
Now, amid global destabilization, psychological fragmentation, and existential uncertainty, the original transmission is more intelligible than ever before. The world is beginning to encounter the very crisis conditions that give meaning to the correction it offered.
As we move toward 2039, the splitting of the worlds becomes increasingly apparent. One world is being pulled deeper into artificial systems, virtual narratives, and mechanized consciousness. The other is quietly emerging through natural time, embodied intelligence, noospheric awareness, and a living connection to Source—God, the originating intelligence behind all creation.
Though these worlds still overlap in physical space, they exist in entirely different frequency fields.
It is important to clarify: the Law of Time is not anti-technology. It is the path beyond technology. Meaning, it recognizes that all phenomena—technological or otherwise—are ultimately mind-generated. The key distinction is not between using or rejecting technology, but whether one remains rooted in the natural harmonic order while engaging it.
In this next phase, those who cultivate whole-system awareness—the initiates, mystics, and sincere practitioners across disciplines—are being called to hold the pattern, to stabilize the field, and to embody the clarity needed for what comes next.
Historically, planetary transformation begins with the few—those who undergo profound inner reorientation. By embodying a new pattern of consciousness, they become stabilizing agents for the collective.
José Argüelles/Valum Votan knew this time was coming. His final nine years were devoted to Cosmic History, Noosphere studies, and the Synchronotron (inclusive of the Holomind Perceiver). These more advanced teachings were transmitted before most were fully prepared to receive them—like a future memory encoded for later activation.
He was able to initiate the preparation and transmit the knowledge needed for the second phase, but he could not complete it in embodied time. For this reason, he passed the baton to his apprentice and lineage holder of this knowledge—to carry the transmission forward, to contextualize it for the times, and to evolve it from within. This continuation now unfolds through the feminine work of embodiment.
And here, I must make a clarification in light of being the lineage holder of this knowledge base.
Many assume that my role requires defending, correcting, confronting, or publicly rebuking those who distort, appropriate, or monetize these teachings. This lineage is not upheld through external enforcement. It is upheld through frequency, coherence, and continuation.
Lineage is protected by transmitting the next octave, not by wrestling over the last one. There is no time for it. The true continuity of this work depends on clarity and the embodiment of the evolving intelligence.
Those who misuse or distort the teachings are not threats in a metaphysical sense; they are symptoms of a world in transition. They cannot damage the lineage because they operate outside its inner architecture. They copy form, not frequency—appearance, not essence. The lineage is protected, but in the way appropriate to the noospheric era: by evolving beyond what can be copied, argued about, or stolen.
During the coming years, we will witness a human renaissance—by whatever name it may be known. We call it noosphere nodes. The Noosphere cannot arise through theory alone; it requires places where the field can anchor, people who can maintain coherence, and practices that generate the resonance needed for planetary stabilization.
A Noosphere Node is ultimately a stable field—a resonant point in the planetary grid where a group of humans commits to living in natural time, engaging in regular practice, cultivating emotional and psychic stability, and linking telepathically with other Nodes.
These will not resemble traditional movements and may never appear as formal organizations. They will arise in kitchens, gardens, living rooms, forests, retreat environments, and subtle online circles. Quietly, they form the early neural network of the emerging Planetary Mind – the Noosphere.
It is the anonymous ones—those without titles or platforms—who will alter the course of humanity.

The Researchers
You are the seekers of pattern and deeper meaning. You investigate, cross-reference, and synthesize. Whether through ancient texts, scientific theory, star maps, or synchronic codes, you are always asking: What connects here? What’s the hidden order beneath the surface? You are not content with appearances. You build bridges between disciplines, timelines, and transmissions. You help refine the knowledge base of the new time. You are the architects of insight.
The Teachers of Time
You are the transmitters of the codes of natural time—13 Moons, 28-day cycles, kin codes, synchronicity—and you share them with those ready to remember. Through your teaching, time becomes art again. You help dissolve the conditioning of artificial time and restore right relation to the living rhythm of the cosmos.
The Telepaths
You cultivate deep receptivity and inner stillness. You are drawn to the deeper systems—such as the Holomind Perceiver, the 441 matrix, the Cosmic History Chronicles, and other streams of esoteric wisdom. You train your mind. You sit in silence. You attune to signals beyond language. You reach into the unknown. You are the early nervous system of the noosphere.
The Geomancers
You feel the land. You are called to mountains, rivers, springs, temples, old stones. You sense the grids and the acupuncture points of Earth. You are the geomagnetic needles of the planetary body.
The Archivists
You keep records, stories, codes, dreams, books, and transmissions. You remember what others forget. You preserve the memory-field of this transition. You are the librarians of the noosphere.
The Stewards
You are the ground-holders. You understand that no high-frequency work can continue without material support. You offer resources—not for recognition, but because you see the value of the Unseen. Your support is invisible architecture. You help keep the work sustainable and protected. You are the root system that allows the tree to grow.
The Peace Cultivators
You bring calm—by nature or by mastery. You hold emotional intelligence in a reactive world. People come to you because they feel safe in your field. You make them feel safe, seen, and soothed. You are the heart-regulators. The stabilizers. The quiet harmonizers. The steady pulse beneath the noise.
The Bridge-Keepers
You stand at the edge, translating between worlds. You know the languages of technology, media, finance, or governance—and you bring the new frequency into those spaces. You sense the patterns beneath the surface. You listen for what wants to emerge. You are the ones who integrate—who carry the codes of the future into the structures of the present.
The Visionaries
You see what is not yet visible. You hold the blueprint of the future in your mind, heart, or dreams. While others track what is, you are oriented toward what wants to become. This report is offered as a synthesis, a reflection, and an orientation for those navigating the current phase of this planetary transition. It is a work in process, just as we are. The journey from biosphere to noosphere unfolds through time, through embodiment, through each of us who chooses to live the pattern.

This report is lovingly dedicated to the late Antonio Giacchetti, Red Self-Existing Serpent and original Earth Wizard.
His life was wholly devoted to this path—creating annual Synchronometers in Italy, offering countless courses, and serving as the Italian translator for Valum Votan and myself. He helped bring this knowledge to life for so many.
He gracefully transitioned into the next dimension on Kin 5: Red Overtone Serpent. Antonio will be deeply missed. But we know he is on to greater adventures!
