The Centre for Studies and Research of the Law of Time was created from the need of materialization of a registered office in Brazil for the Planet Art Network, with integrate development and organization. From the Centre we put forward key activities in the Brazilian bioregion, the most prominent ones being: the training of bioregional leaders, editing materials and general administration of the Network.

The Centre is situated in a true paradise and has an excellent infrastructure, which includes: the "Valum Votan" hall of study and practices; accommodation; camping area, large kitchen and dining room for food preparation. The total area is 13 hectares, covered with croplands, forests, mountains and waterfalls. Our major dedications are to the food production and the promotion of educational events. From the place we harvest medicinal herbs, firewood, water, organic food, silence, inspiration and a radiant environment for study and experience the cosmos, as well to advance in the study and practices of the Law of Time.

We began activities in the Rhythmic Moon of the White Rhythmic Wizard Ring [Year], Kin 105 - Red Magnetic Serpent. This occasion was marked by the visit of a coral snake (red and black) in the dining room, at kin 105, to the amazement and admiration of those present. Everything is perfect and God is in everything!

It´s been two Rings [years] since then. We have received numerous kins for synchronization events, basic courses and advanced courses of 13 days, where we train Law of Time Facilitators. We also hosted the Synchronotron Advanced Seminar with the Red Queen. In our events, we give more emphasis on meditation, dedicating even 5 consecutive days to study and practice Galactic Meditation, Natural Mind Meditation, Yoga and Holographic Synchrogalactic Yoga, before accessing the rest of the curriculum of the Law of Time.

We are often visited by students and organizations such as the Lyons Club. On these occasions, we conduct lectures and dynamics of the Law of Time, on the periphery of knowledge.

At the close of the cycle, in 2012, we gathered 24 kin for a 49-day Seminar. In the schedule, we devoted five hours for daily practices, plus 5 hours of study each day. Our vision is to talk little and to listen much. We have a relentless pursuit for creating unified fields, increase the levels of Noospheric incidence and finding ways for it to become experiential to all humans. We are dreaming of new Seminars and intense activations, so that we can reach create an upward noospheric laboratory.

In the Harmonic Moon we have ended a series of 13 workshops of the Law of Time, which embraced several cities in the South of Brazil and activated hundreds of kins. Since already, we are retaking the Cosmic History Chronicles publications on Portuguese, and working on an application for Facebook that allows the encoding of kins. (expected to be launched in the Resonant Moon).

By the Resonant Moon, we will hold a retreat of studies and meditation with an emphasis on performing art, singing, yoga and the Law of Time.

Following, we will meet at the World Social Forum, in Porto Alegre, to promote the Law of Time and, at the beginning of the Galactic Moon, there will be a meeting in Sao Paulo, where we will redefine our actions up until the end of the Ring.

Brazil has 13 centers in garden format, but they all face the lack of the active participation of kin, an indicative that the next focus must be to activate the gardens and gather around them, to strengthen the cores and promote bioregional community life.

The organized presence in the large events of the alternative means, such as agro ecology meetings, alternative communities meetings, etc.., is being carried out through the Velatropa Nucleus, while the Sitio Casa do Jabotá advances in strategic alliances and promotes Festivals with celebrities from the alternative medium. In São Paulo, the Holon´s House nucleus is promoting regular meetings, nationally, and together we are creating a vital task force for the maturation and strengthening of the Movement in Brazil. Numerous 13:20 activities take place periodically in Alto Paraíso, Brasilia, Recife, Rio de Janeiro, Pelotas, Porto Alegre, Urubici, etc.., having the above been cited as an example only.

The coming of the Red Queen contributed to the unification of the movement. Brought the breath of the Second Creation and encouraged the collective spirit. We feel that from this event we woke up for the new cycle.

For a near future, we are developing a study to build a new space that will be transformed into a self-sustaining farm, with smart homes around of a completely new Study Centre. The main aspiration of this new center is to be a cornerstone of the Law of Time, i.e. a solid foundation to ensure accessibility to the knowledge of Time to the future generations.

Furthermore, the strategy of this new center is to expand our political and economic relations, to demonstrate the Law of Time in practice, as a new form of social organization economically viable. Part of the strategy is to attract as many visitors as possible between curious, students or tourists. We will receive public visitations and have the following major attractions:

A Temple of Time, in geodesic format, 13 feet in diameter, containing realistic paintings of systems of counting and weather observation on the planet, eg.: Stonehenge, Palenque, Chichen Itza etc.., and, at its dome, the Psi Bank;
an astronomical observatory;
renewable energy systems, including water and solid waste treatment;
agroforestry crops, edible gardens and agribusiness systems;
new social organization;
harmonic entrepreneurship;
academic unit bounded to the Education and Culture Ministries;
smart architecture and landscaping;
accommodation and vegetarian restaurant.

The Centre for Studies and Researches of the Law of Time receives visitors and residents under criteria extracted from the Law of the Kin: autonomy, equality and fairness.
