1. What is your artform and/or vision?

Art/Creative Expression was a first ‘language’. Especially visual art when I discovered it was where I could go to tell the truth and not get in trouble. Words held such power that could cause all kinds of reaction. I found that most people couldn’t really ‘read’ images - including myself as images could speak from deeper realms. I knew I had a shattered psyche and was driven by necessity to find the ways to come back into my own skin. To close the gap between my inner and outer worlds became the work.

The Great Ocean

After a Fine Art degree in Painting and Drawing:: an apprenticeship with a serious photographer who taught me the understanding of ‘what’ something is and ‘where’ it is, coming together to make meaning:: art therapy:: teaching and working with others :: exploring moving image with film :: and graphic design as my school to learn how words + image communicate, I picked up the camera which became an ongoing practice to explore my own seeing as an encounter with Light.

3. What does the phrase "Time is Art" mean to you?

My conscious attention in Time is Art.. ::cycles::ratios::beats::..a listening antenna bringing harmonics to Light as I am on that “ next evolutionary wave of art ~ beyond modernism ~which is the realization and fulfillment of the Earth as a work of art.” T(E) = Art, energy factored by time equals art. Remembering the Law of Time...our hearts once again synchchronize.
