What is your artform and/or vision?

My art consists of collage work, ink drawings and other art forms. When I create my collages I’m guided by my intuition and I enter a state of meditation in action. For my ink drawings I start with a focal point, a dot, a circle that expands into an abstract form that evolves into symmetrical shapes that may be inter-laced with spontaneous ink splatters that introduce a new form that continues to evolve.

My vision is to create heart-based art that inspires people to find beauty in their everyday lives and a trigger for people to look within themselves for fulfillment.

Who are your main artistic inspirations/influences?

With my last name as Mucha, is it undeniable for me not to admit that Alphonse Mucha, an art nouveau Czech artist had greatly inspired my work from a decorative standpoint. Also, Salvador Dali’s work has intrigued me greatly with his rich symbolism and mysticism. My greatest inspiration comes from nature’s unique beauty.

What does the phrase "Time is Art" mean to you?

When I think about time is art, I think of how time has shaped art and perception of art, so in a way I feel like the definition of time is reflected in art. It makes me think of the ripples of sand formed by waves where ocean meets beach. It makes me think of series of clouds formed by time, wind and vast sky. It makes me think of art in life, nature and growth. It makes me think of how both time and art are infinite and boundless and how we earthly humans know not what will happen in the future of either time or art. We need only to be.
