13-Moon Calendars. The Thirteen-Moon/28-day calendar is the chief instrument for implementing the Law of Time in the most universal manner possible. A calendar is a programming device. Educational Materials. Books include the seven volumes of the Cosmic History Chronicles; 260 Postulates of the Dynamics of Time; Living through the Closing of the Cycle, A Survival Guide on the Road to 2012. Educational kits include Dreamspell, Journey of Timeship Earth 2013; Telektonon Game of Prophecy; 7:7::7:7; and Mystery of the Stone. All materials are available at our Online Bookstore. The Foundation has also prepared a number of self-study programs and educational projects based on the Thirteen moon 28-day calendar and the Law of Time.
Day out of Time/Planetary Peace through Culture Festival. Held every July 25, and hailed as World Day of the Earth Dwellers, by the team of the International Orbiting Satellite, this is the single most important annual event for showcasing the values of time is art, universal pardon and the Banner of Peace and peace through culture. The Foundation for the Law of Time and Planet Art Network are seeking to make this an official world day for commemorating the true nonviolent values and methods of peace as a creative human value for constructing a positive future.
Projects of the Galactic Research Institute (GRI)
Noosphere II. This is the project name for the overall research and investigation conducted by the Galactic Research Institute (GRI) of the Foundation for the Law of Time. The emphasis of the research is on higher states of consciousness, yogic systems, telepathic paranormal techniques, comparative meditation methods and the practices of the synchronic order. The principle publication project is the Cosmic History Chronicles.
CREST13. CREST13, the acronym for the Centers for the Restitution, Investigation and Education of the Natural Mind, is the Noosphere II Project’s design for establishing a telepathic grid through the preliminary creation of thirteen land bases housing geodesic domes, gardens and facilities for individual and group meditation and telepathic exercise intensives. The CREST13 will give even greater focus to the Foundation’s ongoing (since 1996) Circumpolar Rainbow Bridge telepathic meditation project.
Cosmic History Chronicles. The principle publication project of the
Galactic Research Institute, this seven volume series (one a year, 2004-2011) is a comprehensive and encyclopedic investigation of the reformulation of the human mind according to the Law of Time. As the Foundation’s main educational contribution in preparation for the noosphere and the coming of cosmic civilization on Earth, this thoroughly original endeavor lays a completely new foundation of thought and science, constructively reorienting the entire paradigm of human consciousness.
Library of the Law and Science of Time. The Galactic Research Institute is slowly building up a small library of literature that focuses on: the Law of Time; calendars and calendar reform; the study and science of time; cosmology; Mayan studies; the biosphere, noosphere and related studies in cosmic consciousness; esoteric thought; and comparative religion (UR studies), with an emphasis on meditation, yoga and the Quran and Quranic studies.
