We invite you to a global peace meditation on the Day out of Time, July 25, 2014 in conjunction with Unify.org.
A day out of time? What could that possibly be?
How about no day of the month or week at all?
But, you might say, it is Friday and it is July 25, 2014. That's true on the Gregorian calendar, but not on the Thirteen Moon/28-day calendar!
The Day Out of Time is the day to celebrate time is art. And since art is the basis of constructive peace, this day is also celebrated as International Peace through Culture Day.
Peace through culture is a fundamental premise of the 13 moon/28-day calendar. When you celebrate time is art you are promoting peace through culture.
If you go to most any Day Out of Time celebration you will see the banner of peace. The symbol on that banner signifies the unity of art, science and spirituality.
Since 1935, this banner has been internationally recognized as an instrument of peace – peace through culture. As the saying has it, "Where there is peace there is culture, where there is culture there is peace." This day is also marked by ceremonies of universal forgiveness; it's a way of starting the New Year off on a clean, compassionate footing.
The Thirteen Moon New Year's day occurs on July 26 (Magnetic Moon 1). Why is that? This date was originally correlated to the conjunction of the sun with Sirius rising. The 13-moon calendar is not just a solar-lunar orbital measure, but is coded to galactic timing cycles, most notably the Sirius cycle. Through the 13-moon calendar, human consciousness can enter into galactic consciousness.
Give the human a harmonious standard of measure and then a harmonious human will walk a harmonious mile.
Harmony – that's what the day of time is all about!

A Festival on the Day Out of Time, Shintaku juku summer school
The main theme for this year’s summer school is “Japan as a brand”.
The children will be assigned with a mission of becoming PR ambassadors for Japan.
Through the three day program at Daigo temple, a World Heritage site where 70,000 national treasures are housed, the children will touch the thoughts and feelings of the people who have supported them. They will be inspired with the feeling of awe for the national treasures. The charms of the temple as well as the wonders and pride of Japan they would feel will become video images and be sent to the world.
The program which begins with the orientation by Junna Nakada, the 103rd head priest of Shingon Daigo temple will include reading of scriptures in national treasure Kondo(Golden Hall), climbing Daigoyama(Daigo mountain) and drinking Daigo spring water at the summit, a tour of Sanpoin(temple) led by the children from Daigo Elemetary School, a tea ceremony at Junjyokan, a tea house associated with Taiko Hideyoshi’s cherry-blossom viewing at Yariyama(Yari mountain) in the 16th century, cooking curry, making prayer beads and sleeping at the national treasure temple.
On the last day, a special homa ceremony (a burning of wood on the altar) will be held to support the dreams and wishes of the children.
Yusuke Okada, the chairman of Toei motion picture company, will teach the children in person how to express the charms of Daigo temple and of Japan.
The videos made during this summer school will be sent to “Tokyo Crazy Kawaii Taipei”, a Japanese culture event planned to be held in Taipei, Taiwan in September.
I am sure that the children’s experience in this summer school will become their impetus and a big support in their future.
The deadline is the noon July 23, 2014. (in order of arrival)

To develop budo (martial arts) is called “稽古keiko”, not “練習renshu” unlike other sports. Keiko is to think about the antiquity. By antiquity I mean the times when our body and mind were purer. And if you ask when those times were, I answer it can only be the times called “神代kamiyo” (gods’ ages). Kamiyo is the exquisite world of *Kojiki itself. (*Kojiki is said to be the oldest historic record in Japan.) And I believe keiko is to tune into this exquisite and pure world of kamiyo, in other words, to reflect on oneself.
Keiko is a “matsurigoto”, an act of worship or praying, to connect our body and mind to kamiyo. “Matsurigoto” is to “mattaku tsuriawaseru”, to completely balance. It means the state of man and god being completely one. “Matsurigoto” is a field of deep prayer.
“I am one with god.” By voicing this we become one with god and one with the universe.
And when you make the connection vertically, you also make it horizontally. By praying we are assimilated into one consciousness. When we tune our mental time and turn our thoughts to heaven we become white and eventually transparent. I believe that is Kamiyo.

It is written in Kojiki that the god created this world with a pike.
That means 武bu (military arts) originated not from destruction but from the art of creation like the creation of nations or human resources creation.
I believe having men fight with each other and decide victory or defeat thus training to develop the body and mind through fighting, does not fit in the way of Yamato (Japan). The survival of the fittest or the law of the jungle is not the way of Yamato which respects wa (harmony).
This is not only budo but it is the tendency of modern society itself.
As long as we uphold “fight and win” as the goal of training we cannot expect the world of harmony to arrive.
One of the causes for this, I believe, is that we put the starting point on Bushido (the code of the samurai) in the medieval period and applying the art of killing and its idealism of the warring times to the present day Japan.
Even today when we are approaching the pinnacle of civilization we repeat the tragedy of a nation fighting with nation and men fighting with men for rights and concessions, thus making the powerless and the weak war victims suffering for hunger and sickness. This is nothing but a real hell on this earth.
What is needed now in today’s world is not to inspire fighting spirit beyond necessity and defeat the opponent and win but to calm our minds and learn to make the best use of human resources.
We should fight no more
We should hurt no more.
Live and let live; let us be good for both you and me.
Let’s keep this in mind and let go of our egotistic mind.
Let’s turn the clock back to the warless times and go back to blissful kamiyo, and make it shine like the light of spring.
Let’s explore the primordial power of creation of the universe through our body.
We are determined to ban all destructive military powers in this world and work toward the realization of the harmonious and loving unification of human race through our body.

Every year we have a collaboration of Japanese drums and dance at this shrine on the Day Out of Time. Together with a small fireworks display, the event has become a summer feature when gods, nature, music and people resonate and unite.
The dedication of Japanese drums “Forest Echo in Omiya”, the Day Out of Time event, will start at 6:30p.m. before the hall of worship.

Por supuesto que toda esta historia que aparece en el libro de Regina de Antonio Velasco Piña, no era conocida en su totalidad por la Reina Roja, entones ¿por que recibió ese código? lean con atención la explicación del significado del anillo solar que ella nos comparte y entenderán muchas cosas. Lo único que podemos adelantarles es que este próximo anillo que se acerca pondrá a prueba a los nuevos humanos y nos seguirá acercando en el rumbo de la evolución consciente, claro eso si lo permitimos a través de nuestro libre albedrío.

Se trata de un Día de Perdón y de Paz; un día para expresar el arte, la armonía y la unión incondicional de los seres con la Madre Tierra.
En una jornada como esta en todas las biorregiones del planeta donde la gente vive y vibra en la frecuencia natural del tiempo, se realizan Festivales de Paz a través del arte y la cultura, donde centenares de personas se concentran para reafirmar su adhesión a la Tierra y a su evolución, para vibrar en música, sanación, danzas, conferencias y meditaciones.

The Red Circle around the three spheres represent the cyclical nature of time.
In 1935 in Washington DC , 22 nations signed the Roerich Peace Pact created by Nicholas Roerich to declare Peace through Culture.
In 1995 the Planet Art Network - World Thirteen Moon Calendar Change Peace Movement adopted this banner as one of its official symbols.
