Why the Galactic Research Institute?

We live in a time when separatist nation-centered approaches and corporate self-interest not only cannot solve but actually impede the solutions to the global problems and challenges that now face us. We are in need of a higher perspective. The human lens has to be enlarged. The intensity of the global situation is pushing us into cosmic consciousness. This is the next stage of our evolution. The basis of cosmic consciousness is rooted, first of all, in the perception of the galaxy as the whole order organizing principle of cosmic life.

The Galactic Research Institute (GRI) of the Foundation for the Law of Time is dedicated to exploring this perception through the interdisciplinary study and investigation of the nature of the galaxy, galactic consciousness, galactic culture, science and communication, and galactic citizenship and the future of Earth. No such research facility exists today on this planet. The need for it could not be greater.

In order to attain its goals and pursue its investigations in a climate that is as clear and unperturbed as possible, the GRI is to be permanently established on the South Island of New Zealand. The move of the archives, library and all relevant materials of the present Foundation for the Law of Time Research Center to New Zealand will be achieved by the first day of the Red Magnetic Moon year (July 26, 2006). Once the GRI permanent base is established, a nearby parcel of land will need to be secured for the creation of the CREST13 Mt. Cook-New Zealand center. With these two operations in place the 2012 goals of the World Thirteen Moon Calendar Change Peace Plan will attain their highest realization.

The GRI Permanent Base Fund is to establish financing for the New Zealand location. Once effectively established the GRI will be able to complete the Noosphere II Project, begun in 2004, by focusing on seven principle areas of investigation and definition:

The seven volumes of the Cosmic History Chronicles are the principle means of synthesizing and communicating the results and ongoing investigation of the GRI (Volumes I and II already published).

The CREST13 (Centers for the Restitution of the Human Mind- Planetary Engineering Project) are the principle outreach research stations for the ongoing experiment in creating a telepathic planetary field for activating the noosphere.

The 2012 Circumpolar Rainbow Bridge project is the principle object of the research.

The 13 Moon 28-day Dreamspell synchronometer is the principle tool for implementing the galactic perception promoted by the GRI on a mass mind basis.

The Galactic Research Institute is the principle enterprise of the Foundation for the Law of Time, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established for the promotion of knowledge and understanding of the Law of Time, the Thirteen Moon/28-day calendar and the World Thirteen Moon Calendar Change Peace Plan.
